NEW ORLEANS, Jan. 30. -- At the conclusion late this afternoon of the trial in Gretna of Jack Sheehan, charged
with having violated the Locke law in the taking of bets at the Suburban race track, Judge Edrington, who presided, announced
that he would take the case under advisement and announce his decision on next Tuesday
